1. Who We Are

DisplayDetails is a brand (registered DBA) of Crown Heights Communication, INC., a New York-registered corporation. DisplayDetails is the corporation's B2B Samsung and LG commercial display marketplace at displaydetails.com. Throughout these Terms, "DisplayDetails," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the DisplayDetails brand operated by Crown Heights Communication, INC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are placing the order on behalf of a business or organization, and that you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

3. Products & Services

DisplayDetails sells Samsung and LG commercial digital signage displays — including Samsung QBC, QMC, QHC, QET, OH, OM, BE, and VM Series, plus LG UH5Q and XS4P Series — and related services such as professional installation through our nationwide partner network. All products are sold for commercial and business use. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product as manufacturers release firmware updates and minor revisions.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is required at the time of purchase via accepted methods displayed at checkout (credit card, ACH, wire transfer). Qualified business buyers may apply for Net-30 payment terms with an approved purchase order — see our Purchase Orders & Tax-Exempt Sales page for details.

5. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed in error, orders involving pricing errors, orders where fraud is suspected, or orders that exceed available inventory. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified within 1 business day and refunded in full to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Returns

Return and refund terms — including the 30-day return window, 30% restocking fee on eligible returns, and customer responsibility for return shipping on non-defective returns — are detailed on our Return & Refund Policy page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in both policies.

7. Warranty

All Samsung and LG commercial displays sold through DisplayDetails carry the manufacturer's standard commercial warranty (typically 3 years parts and labor through the respective manufacturer's commercial channel). DisplayDetails registers the warranty at fulfillment under your business name. Warranty claims for defects discovered after the 30-day return window are filed directly with the manufacturer; our team can assist with the claim by providing your warranty registration on request.

8. Installation Services

Professional installation, when ordered, is delivered through our nationwide partner integrator network. Installation services include site survey, mounting, cabling, signal commissioning, and CMS setup where applicable. Installation pricing is quoted separately based on site complexity and location. Installation services performed are non-refundable once executed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and software — is the property of Crown Heights Communication, INC. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. "DisplayDetails" is a trademark of Crown Heights Communication, INC.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Heights Communication, INC. (operating as DisplayDetails) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, products, or services — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or installation downtime. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and the content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except for the manufacturer warranty described in Section 7. While we strive to provide accurate product information, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, brightness ratings, lifespan estimates, or other content is error-free. Samsung and LG product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's warranty terms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crown Heights Communication, INC. (operating as DisplayDetails), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our website, your purchases, or your violation of these Terms of Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
