Yes. DisplayDetails is an Authorized Samsung Reseller and purchases through TD SYNNEX, an authorized Samsung distributor. Every display is new, in sealed Samsung packaging, with Samsung’s 3-year commercial warranty registered to your business.
How fast do orders ship, and where?
Orders ship within 5–7 business days with free insured freight anywhere in the lower 48 (plus DC); large formats ship LTL on a single pallet. Email hello@displaydetails.com for faster processing. The OM55B is held in our own stock; other models ship from Samsung distribution and any backorder is quoted in writing before you commit.
Do you accept purchase orders and tax-exempt orders?
Yes. Purchase orders for approved business, school and government accounts; tax-exempt and resale certificates honored; W-9 and certificate of insurance on request. Quotes come back within 1 business day, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm ET.
Can you install the displays?
Installation is available through our partner network and is scheduled at quote stage — tell us the site, mount type and screen count when you request a quote.
What is the return policy?
30-day returns; a 30% restocking fee applies and the customer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection. A display damaged on arrival is replaced free — report it within 48 hours of delivery.
