Welcome to DisplayDetails (“DisplayDetails,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered DBA of Crown Heights Communication, INC. By accessing or using our website at www.displaydetails.com (the “Site”) and the products or services offered through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using any services we provide, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use the Site. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, government entity, or non-profit organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

3. Products and Pricing

DisplayDetails sells Samsung and LG commercial displays and related accessories direct to businesses. We are a Samsung and LG commercial display specialist. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors will be corrected by us at our discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors with full refund.

4. Orders, Payment, and Purchase Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products at the prices listed. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or limit any order. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and ACH for online orders. We accept purchase orders from qualified business, government, education, and non-profit accounts; PO terms are issued at quote stage.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Free standard outbound shipping is included on every order to addresses in the contiguous United States. Delivery times and shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective returns. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy, including the 30-day return window, the 30% restocking fee, and the customer-paid return shipping requirement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Crown Heights Communication, INC. (operator of the DisplayDetails brand) or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Samsung, the Samsung logo, and all Samsung product names are trademarks of Samsung Electronics. LG and the LG logo are trademarks of LG Electronics. Use of these marks is solely for product identification of the genuine Samsung and LG commercial products sold through DisplayDetails.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown Heights Communication, INC., its DisplayDetails brand, and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Manufacturer Warranty

All commercial displays sold through DisplayDetails are covered by the manufacturer's standard commercial warranty. DisplayDetails facilitates warranty registration at fulfillment under your business name. Warranty service is provided directly by the manufacturer (Samsung or LG); our team can assist with claims by providing your warranty registration on request.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crown Heights Communication, INC., its DisplayDetails brand, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
