Thank you for shopping at DisplayDetails. We are committed to delivering your order accurately and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. No minimum purchase is required. Free shipping applies to all products available on our website.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders for in-stock items typically arrive within 5–8 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Backordered Items

If an item you ordered is currently out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you promptly via email with an estimated timeline for availability and shipment. You will have the option to wait for the item or cancel your order for a full refund. We strive to keep our inventory updated, but availability may change without notice.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted national carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your commercial display products. Due to the size and weight of many of our products, orders may ship via freight or specialized carriers. Specific carrier information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Delivery Inspection

We strongly recommend inspecting your delivery upon arrival. If the outer packaging shows visible signs of damage, please note this with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours at hello@displaydetails.com with photos of the damage. This helps ensure we can resolve any shipping damage claims quickly.

7. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact our support team before placing your order.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. DisplayDetails is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible and could result in additional fees.
