How to Order from DisplayDetails

1. Order at checkout — every display is priced on the page and in stock · ready to order. Pay by business credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) or the other payment methods shown at checkout. Orders ship within 5–7 business days with free freight in the lower 48.
2. Request a formal quote — for multi-unit orders, several ship-to addresses, or when procurement needs a PDF quote on file. Email hello@displaydetails.com or call (201) 834-6412 with screen quantities, sizes, install state(s), and tax-exempt status. The quote comes back within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET) with SKUs, unit pricing, freight, optional installation, and volume pricing.
3. Pay the quote — quoted orders are invoiced and paid by ACH / wire, check, or card. Freight is free in the lower 48 and the order ships within 5–7 business days of cleared payment; backorder ship dates are confirmed in writing before fulfillment.

Orders are paid before they ship. We do not extend net terms or hold orders against purchase orders.

• Check — payable to Crown Heights Communication, INC.

Tax-Exempt Sales

DisplayDetails honors valid tax-exempt certificates from:

• Resale buyers (provide ST-120 or out-of-state equivalent)
• Federal, state, county, and municipal government
• K-12 public and private schools, colleges, universities
• 501(c)(3) non-profits and houses of worship
• Hospitals and qualified healthcare facilities
• Native American tribal governments and enterprises

Email your tax-exempt certificate to hello@displaydetails.com with your quote request. We'll update your account so future orders ship tax-exempt automatically.

How a tax-exempt purchase works

1. Send the certificate first. Email your state exemption or resale certificate (New York ST-119.1 or ST-120, or your state's equivalent) to hello@displaydetails.com with your company name and the ship-to state. Multi-state buyers send one certificate per state they ship to.
2. We flag the account. The certificate goes on file and your account is marked exempt, so quotes, invoices and checkout orders are issued without sales tax from then on.
3. Order at checkout or by quote. Quoted orders are invoiced tax-exempt automatically. If a card order is placed before the certificate is on file, email the order number with the certificate and we correct the invoice.

Resale certificates cover displays bought for resale or installation into a client project; government, school and non-profit exemptions cover the buyer's own use. Certificates are kept on file for the period your state allows, and we will ask for a renewal when one expires.
