Thank you for shopping with DisplayDetails. We are committed to delivering your Samsung or LG commercial display safely and efficiently, and to making returns and warranty claims as straightforward as possible.
Free Outbound Shipping
DisplayDetails offers free standard shipping on every order to addresses in the contiguous United States. Most in-stock displays ship within 2 business days of cleared payment or approved purchase order. For larger or outdoor displays, shipping is via LTL freight on a single pallet — liftgate and inside delivery are available on request at quote stage.
Delivery Times
- In-stock indoor displays (QMC, QBC, QHC, BE, QE Series): 2 to 5 business days transit after ship date.
- In-stock outdoor & high-bright displays (OH, OMB Series): 3 to 7 business days transit after ship date (LTL freight).
- Backordered or built-to-order displays: 2 to 5 weeks lead time. We provide a confirmed ship date in writing before charging.
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: additional shipping cost and time. Quoted separately.
Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. For freight shipments, note any visible damage to the shipping carton on the delivery receipt before signing. Take photos of any damage before opening the carton. Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery to hello@displaydetails.com or (201) 834-6412 with photos and your order number. Concealed damage discovered during installation must be reported within the same 48-hour window.
Installation Services
Professional installation is available as an optional add-on at quote stage through our nationwide partner network. Installation includes site survey, mounting, cabling, signal commissioning, and CMS setup where applicable. Installations are quoted separately from the display itself based on site complexity and location.
Returns — Customer Pays Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective returns (buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, no longer needed, change of mind, etc.). DisplayDetails does not provide return shipping labels for these returns. The customer must arrange and prepay return shipping with their carrier of choice. Strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance — DisplayDetails is not liable for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit.

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns
- Customer pays return shipping (the only exception is damage-on-arrival, handled via replacement-in-place)
- Custom-configured, mounted, or modified displays are not returnable
To start a return, email hello@displaydetails.com or call (201) 834-6412 with your order number and reason for return. We'll issue an RMA number; returns received without an RMA will be refused.
Damage on Arrival
If your display arrives damaged, we handle it as a damage-on-arrival case rather than a standard return. You do not need to ship the damaged unit back at your cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement unit at no cost to you. We'll provide instructions for disposal of the damaged unit, or arrange a freight pickup at our cost where required.
Warranty
All Samsung and LG commercial displays sold through DisplayDetails include the manufacturer's standard commercial warranty (typically 3 years parts and labor through the respective manufacturer's commercial channel). DisplayDetails registers the warranty at fulfillment under your business name. Warranty claims for defects discovered after the 30-day return window are filed directly with the manufacturer; our team can assist with the claim by providing your warranty registration on request.
