Orders & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@displaydetails.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: In-stock items typically arrive within 5–8 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Q: What happens if an item is backordered?
A: If your item is on backorder, we will email you with an estimated timeline for availability and shipment. You may choose to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return items within 30 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at hello@displaydetails.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds (minus the 30% restocking fee) are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@displaydetails.com with photos of the damage. Damaged or defective items may be eligible for a replacement or full refund without a restocking fee.

Q: What types of products does DisplayDetails sell?
A: We specialize in commercial-grade digital displays, including Samsung and LG professional displays, signage screens, video walls, and related accessories for businesses of all sizes.
Q: Are your products covered by a warranty?
A: All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. DisplayDetails does not provide additional warranties beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. Contact us for help connecting with the manufacturer’s support team.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your information more easily.
