Launched in the year 2022, the 65NANO75UQA is a 65" 4K TV from LG. It features a 10-bit IPS panel.
It can display a max resolution of 3840 x 2160 with a refresh rate of 60 Hz and pixel density of 68 ppi.
Picture Quality
After screen size and resolution, the very next specification of a display that will impact your viewing experience is its Color Gamut.
LG did not provide a color gamut rating for this TV. So we have to take a guess.
As this TV features a 65 inch screen, it won't come with a cheap panel, so here we can assume its equivalent sRGB coverage to be 90-100% or above. The color quality on this TV should be Lifelike! It is capable of producing accurate colors AS IT IS intended.
What is Color gamut ?
Color gamut specification of a TV is a measure of the range of colors that it can show.
In other words, it indicates the ability of a display to produce accurate colors. A display with low color gamut coverage will miss out on some colors (such as deep red), thus producing a "washed out" picture.
It is specified in different units - sRGB,sRGB (standard RGB), NTSC 1953, DCI P3 Adobe RGB, rec.2020. It is upto the manufacturer which one they choose.
But don't worry, below is a chart that you can use to choose a TV with good color accuracy.
Now, next in the list is Static Contrast.
What is Static Contrast ?
There are 2 types of contrast specifications for a TV. Static and Dynamic. We are interested in static contrast ratio as dynamic doesn't matter much.
This tells the intensity of black levels. That is, a TV with static contrast ratio less than 1000:1 will produce black images something like this:

Apart from this, such TVs may suffer from backlight bleeds that will impact your experience — as shown below.

Also note, static contrast ratio and resolution go hand in hand when it comes to details. To put it into perspective, a TV with low contrast ratio will produce less shades of colors, thus lesser detail overall.
There is no mention of this spec in this TV's official datasheet. Again we have to take a guess based on the TV's other specifications. Most IPS panels come with a static contrast ratio between 700:1 - 1500:1. Considering its a 4K TV, we can imagine the ratio of LG 65NANO75UQA would be no less than 1200:1.
HDR10 Pro and HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) are also supported on this TV, so that's a plus.
Coming to brightness, it can go as bright as 250 nits with the help of Direct LED backlight.
Gaming Performance
If you are not interested in gaming, you can ignore these specs. But if you are also planning to use the TV for playing games or use it as a PC monitor, you would want to take a TV that features the lowest input lag and response time.
Sadly, there is no specification for input lag on this TV. Now, as this is not a cheap TV, input lag on this TV could be 20ms or below.
Understanding Input lag and response time
This lag is the amount of time at which your device inputs changes the content of the screen. For casual Non-FPS games, input lag doesn't matter much.
Although for better experience, look for a TV that comes with an input lag and response time of < 20ms.
Ergonomics and Dimensions
Now, coming to ergonomics — If you plan to wall mount the TV, you can make use of the VESA mount provided with this TV, which by the way has an interface size of 300 x 300 mm. The unit doesn't come with Swivel, Tilt or Pivot support.
The width of this TV is 57.24 inches while its height is 35.43 inches. Speaking of thickness, it is 2.3 inches thick. In total it weighs approximately 22.9 kilograms including stand. Without stand, it weighs 22.6 kgs. So plan your space accordingly.
Hardware and Audio
The internals of this TV is powered by a Quad Core CPU. There is no information about the total available RAM on the TV's specsheet.
To power its UI, the TV runs webOS 22 Operating System.
For display connectivity, LG has provided three HDMI 2.0 ports on this TV.
To connect USB devices, you will have two USB 2.0 ports. Other connectivity ports include — 1x Cable/Antenna In (F-type female), 1x RS232 (C) and 1x Ethernet RJ45.
For wireless connectivity, you will have — a 5Ghz Wi-Fi, 2.5 Ghz Wi-Fi, Wifi-Direct, Bluetooth 5.0 and DLNA.
The Audio unit of this TV is powered by 2 x 10W built-in speakers.
Now, coming to power usage, on average, it consumes about 114.24 Watts and on standby, it takes 0.5 Watts.
Both 110V and 220V outlets are supported on this unit.
