The 22LJ4540 is a 22 inch Full HD TV from LG, launched in the year 2021. It features a True 8-bit IPS panel with Anti-glare/Matte (3H) finish.
It can display a max resolution of 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz with a pixel density of 102 ppi.
Picture Quality
Now, the very next feature of a display that will impact your viewing experience is its Color Gamut.
LG did not provide a color gamut specification for this TV. So we have to take a guess. This unit comes with an IPS panel and these panels are known to produce great colors. So we can assume the sRGB coverage (equivalent) on this TV to be 70% or above. It may not produce perfect colors, but for content consumption and gaming, it is surely more than enough.
Understanding the Color Gamut Specification
Color gamut specification of a TV is a measure of the range of colors that it can display.
A panel with poor color reproduction will produce undersaturated/washed out colors that will spoil your immersive experience.
It is specified in different units - sRGB(most popular), NTSC, DCI P3 to name a few. It is upto the manufacturer which one they choose.
But you don't need to worry about that, here is a chart that you can use to choose a TV with good color accuracy.
After color gamut, the static contrast of a TV similarly impacts its picture quality.
Understanding the static contrast specification
There are two types of contrast specifications for a TV. Static and Dynamic. We are interested in static contrast ratio. Dynamic doesn't matter much.
Static contrast specification tells the intensity of black levels. That is, a TV with static contrast ratio < 1000:1 will produce black images something like this:

Note that, such TVs are likely be prone to backlight bleeds that will impact your experience — as shown below.

Static contrast ratio and resolution go hand in hand when it comes to details. To put it into perspective, a TV with low contrast ratio will show both dark gray and black as black, so lesser detail overall.
If given a choice, always prefer a FHD TV with high contrast ratio over a 4K TV with low contrast ratio.
This TV features a static contrast ratio of 1000 : 1. — good enough for a TV in this range.
As for brightness, the peak brightness the TV can produce is 250 nits with the help of Edge LED backlight.
Gaming Performance
If you are planning to use your TV only for content consumption, you can ignore these specs. But if you are also going to use the TV for playing games or use it as a PC monitor, you should get a TV that features the lowest input lag and response time.
Unfortunately, there is no specification for input lag on this TV. Now, IPS panels in general are known for high input lags and response times. So, expect the input lag to be greater than 20ms. Though, there's no concern for playability of casual or Non-FPS games on it.
Understanding Input lag and response time
This lag is the latency at which your device inputs changes the content of your TV. For casual Non-FPS games, input lag doesn't matter much.
For best of both worlds, get a TV that features an input lag and response time of < 20ms.
Ergonomics and Dimensions
Now, coming to ergonomics — VESA mount is supported on this TV with an interface size of 75 x 75 mm. The unit doesn't come with either Swivel, Tilt or Pivot support.
Vertically, the TV measures 22 inches and horizontally 20 inches.
Coming to thickness, it is just 2.1 inches thick. In total it weighs around 3.0 kilograms including its stand. Without stand, it weighs 2.9 KGs.
Hardware and Audio
For display connectivity, there is one HDMI 2.0 port on this TV.
However, no USB ports are included on this unit. Other connectivity ports include one Cable/Antenna In (F-type female) port.
Wifi is not available on this TV.
As for power usage, it consumes 35.2W on average and 1W on standby.
Both 110V and 220V lines are supported on this unit.
