Picture Quality
After screen size and resolution, the next important specification of a display is its Color Reproduction Accuracy, which is defined by its color gamut specification.
Speaking of which, this TV is rated with a 97% DCI P3 color gamut coverage — equivalent to 132.27% sRGB. The color accuracy on this TV should be Lifelike!
What is Color gamut ?
Color gamut specification of a display indicates the range of colors that the TV can display.
Put Simply, this specification tells the ability of a display to produce accurate colors. A TV with low color gamut coverage will miss out on some colors (such as deep red), the result would be a "washed out" picture quality.
Different manufacturers use different units to specify color gamut. Such as — sRGB (most popular), NTSC, DCI P3 Adobe RGB and rec.2020.
As for this TV its color gamut is specified in DCI P3.
But don't worry, below is a chart that you can use to choose a TV with good color accuracy.
Now, after color gamut, the static contrast of a TV similarly impacts its picture quality.
Understanding the static contrast specification
Static contrast ratio of a TV corresponds to its Black levels. A Display with low static contrast ratio (less than 1000:1) will not produce deep blacks. Moreover, such displays are likely to suffer from backlight bleeds such as below:

This will impact your viewing experience considerably, especially in a dark room.
Think of static contrast as another dimension to details — just like resolution. To put it into perspective, a TV with low contrast ratio will show both dark gray and black as black, thus lesser detail overall.
This TV comes with a static contrast ratio of 8000:1., well enough to achieve deep blacks and eye-catching visuals. For the record, it also comes with local dimming backlight which is a plus.
HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, Dolby Vision IQ, HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) and PQ10 are also supported on this TV, so that's a plus.
Coming to brightness, it is can achieve a maximum luminance of 2000 nits. The backlight used on the panel is Mini LED OD5. This amount of brightness is good enough even for a room with sun's rays in!
Gaming Performance
If you aren't interested in gaming, you can ignore these specifications. But if you are also going to use the TV for playing games or use it as a PC monitor, make sure to take a TV with the lowest input lag and response time.
Sadly, TCL did not specify the input lag on this unit. Now, since this is not a cheap TV, we can expect an input lag of less than 20ms.
What is Input lag ?
This lag is the amount of time at which your device inputs changes the content of the screen. Though, this won't matter much if you aren't into competitive/FPS games like call of duty.
Although for better experience, look for a TV that comes with an input lag and response time of less than 20ms.
Ergonomics and Dimensions
Coming to ergonomics — If you plan to wall mount the TV, you can make use of the VESA mount provided with this TV, which by the way has an interface size of 300x400 mm. The unit doesn't come with Swivel, Tilt or Pivot support.
The vertical and horizontal measurements of this TV are 56.93 inches and 36 inches respectively. Coming to thickness, it is just 2.28 inches thick. Overall the TV weighs approximately 33.6 Kgs including stand. Without stand, it weighs 32.4 kgs.
Hardware and Audio
The core of this TV is powered by a 1.6 Ghz 4-Core (ARM Cortex-A73) CPU while its graphics engine is handled by a 0.55 Ghz 2-Core (ARM Mali-G52 2EE MP2) GPU.. However, we could'nt find any specification on the total available RAM on the TV's official specsheet.
For display connectivity, TCL has provided four HDMI 2.1 ports and one AV Composite In 3.5 mm jack port on this TV.
To connect USB devices, you will have two USB 2.0 ports. Other connectivity ports include — 1x Satellite In (F-type female), 1x Antenna (RF) (female), 1x CI+ 1.4 and 1x Ethernet RJ45.

For powering this unit, you will need an 220 V - 240 V/50 Hz - 60 Hz outlet.
