Picture Quality
After screen size and resolution, the next most important specification to look for in a display is its Color Reproduction, which is defined by its color gamut specification.
Speaking of which, this TV comes with a DCI P3 coverage of 100%. Incase you're wondering, this is equivalent to 136.36% sRGB. The color quality on this TV will be Lifelike!
Understanding Color Gamut
Color gamut spec of a TV is a measure of the range of colors that the TV can display.
A TV with poor color reproduction will produce washed out colors that will spoil the immersion.
Different manufacturers use different units to specify color gamut. Such as — sRGB (standard RGB), NTSC, DCI P3 to name a few.
For example, the color gamut of this TV is specified in terms of DCI P3.
But don't worry, below is a chart that will help you choosing a TV with good color accuracy.
After color gamut, the static contrast of a TV similarly impacts its picture quality.
Understanding the static contrast ratio of a TV
A TV with low static contrast ratio will not produce deep enough blacks and can bleed backlight as shown in the images below:

The static contrast ratio of above TV is rated 800:1. So make sure you get a TV with a static contrast of >= 1000:1. Ofcourse, More is better.
Note that, static contrast ratio and resolution go hand in hand when it comes to details. To put it into perspective, a TV with low contrast ratio will show both dark gray and black as black, so lesser detail overall.
This TV features a static contrast ratio of 8000:1., enough to produce deep blacks. For the record, it also comes with local dimming feature which is a plus.
HDR is also supported on this TV in form of HDR10, HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma), HDR10+, HDR10+ Adaptive, HDR10+ Gaming and Quantum HDR.
As for brightness, it can go as bright as 250 nits. The backlight of this TV is powered by Edge LED technology.
Gaming Performance
Now if you are going to use the TV other than watching videos — say as a PC monitor or for gaming purposes, make sure to take a TV with lowest input lag. For gaming however, both input lag and response time impacts the performance.
Unfortunately, Samsung did not specify the input lag on this unit. Now, as this is not a cheap TV from Samsung, we can expect an input lag of less than 20ms.
Understanding Input lag and response time
This lag is the amount of time at which your device inputs changes the content of your TV. For casual Non-FPS games, input lag doesn't matter much.
But ideally, get a TV that comes with an input lag and response time of < 20ms.
Dimensions and Ergonomics
Vertically, the TV measures 65 inches and horizontally 57.15 inches.
In terms of thickness, it is 1 inches thick. In total it weighs around 22.3 kgs including its stand. Without stand, it weighs 21.4 kgs. So plan your space accordingly.
