Launched in the year 2022, the 43NANO75UQA is a 43" 4K TV from LG. It features a 10-bit VA panel.
The maximum resolution it can display is 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz with a pixel density of 103 ppi.
Picture Quality
After screen size and resolution, the next important specification of a display that will impact your viewing experience is its Color Gamut.
LG has not provided a color gamut specification for this TV. But don't worry, we have other means to guess that.
Considering the TV comes with a 10bit VA panel, we can safely assume its equivalent sRGB coverage to be 100% or above. The color accuracy on this TV should be Lifelike!
What Color Gamut means ?
Color gamut spec of a display is a measure of the range of colors that it can produce.
What this means is, it indicates the ability of a display to produce accurate colors. A display with low color gamut coverage will miss out on some colors (such as deep red), so the image produced will look "washed out" in colors.
Different manufacturers use different measurement standards to specify color gamut. Such as — sRGB (most popular), NTSC 1953, DCI P3 Adobe RGB and rec.2020.
But you don't need to worry about that, here is a chart that will help you choosing a TV with good color accuracy.
Now, after color gamut, you should look at the static contrast specification as it influences the picture quality the same way.
The importance of static contrast ratio
A TV with high enough static contrast ratio will produce deep blacks while a TV with low contrast ratio (<1000:1) will produce images that might look dusty as shown below.

As you can see, this will impact your experience considerably.
Also, a TV with high constrast ratio lets you to see more details. So, resolution and static contrast ratio go hand in hand.
If given a choice, always prefer a FHD TV with high contrast ratio over a 4K TV with low contrast ratio.
LG did not specify static contrast specification for this TV. Once again we have to take a guess. The static contrast ratio of this TV would be surely atleast 3000:1. the static contrast ratios of VA panels range between 3000:1 - 8000:1.
HDR10 Pro and HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) are also supported on this TV.
Coming to brightness, it is can produce a peak luminance of 250 nits. The backlight of this TV is powered by Direct LED technology.
Gaming Performance
If you are planning to use your TV other than using it as a TV — like as a PC monitor or for gaming purposes, you should get a TV that features the lowest input lag. For gaming, both input lag and response time affects the performance.
Unfortunately, we cannot find the input lag specification for this unit. But since this is not a cheap TV, input lag on this TV could be 20ms or below.
What is Input Lag and Why it matters ?
This lag is the amount of time at which your inputs changes the content of your TV. Though, this won't matter much if you aren't into competitive/FPS games like call of duty.
Although for better experience, get a TV that has an input lag and response time of less than 20ms.
