The 43A6H is a 43 inch 4K TV from Hisense. It was launched in 2022. It features a 10-bit IPS panel.
The maximum resolution it can display is 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz with a pixel density of 103 ppi.
Picture Quality
Now, the next important spec of a display that impacts picture quality is Color Gamut.
Hisense did not provide a color gamut rating for this TV. So we have to take a guess.
Now, since the TV comes with a 10bit IPS panel, we can safely assume its equivalent sRGB coverage to be 100% or above. The color accuracy on this TV will be Lifelike!
Understanding the Color Gamut Specification
Color gamut spec of a TV is a measure of the range of colors that it can show.
What this means is, this specification determines the ability of a TV to produce accurate colors. A display with low color gamut coverage will miss out on some colors (such as deep red), so the image produced will look "washed out" in colors.
It is specified in different units - sRGB(most popular), NTSC, DCI P3 Adobe RGB, rec.2020. It is upto the manufacturer which one they choose.
But you don't need to worry about that, below is a chart that you can use to choose a TV with good color accuracy.
After color gamut, the static contrast of a TV similarly impacts its picture quality.
Understanding the static contrast ratio of a TV
There are 2 types of contrast specifications for a TV. Static and Dynamic. We are interested in static contrast ratio. Dynamic doesn't matter much.
Static contrast tells the intensity of black levels. That is, a TV with SC ratio < 1000:1 may produce black images something like this:

Note that, such TVs are likely to suffer from backlight bleeds that will impact your experience — as shown below.

Note that, static contrast ratio and resolution go hand in hand when it comes to details. To put it into perspective, a TV with low contrast ratio will produce less shades of colors, so lesser detail overall.
This TV is rated with a static contrast ratio of 8000:1., good enough to produce deep blacks and eye-catching visuals. The panel comes with local dimming backlight which is a plus.
HDR is also supported on this TV in form of Dolby Vision, HDR10, HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) and HDR10+.
Coming to brightness, it is capable of producing a maximum brightness of 300 nits. The backlight used on the panel is Direct LED.
Gaming Performance
If you are planning to use your TV just for content consumption, you can safely ignore these specifications. But if you are also planning to use the TV for playing games or use it as a PC monitor, you would want to get a TV with the lowest input lag and response time.
The input lag on the Hisense 43A6H is 20 ms and its minimum response time is N/A. It is acceptable for casual and non-FPS games but is not suitable for competitive or FPS games.
Understanding Input lag and response time
This lag is the amount of time at which your key-presses/mouse movements changes the content of the TV. For casual Non-FPS games, input lag doesn't matter much.
Although for better experience, get a TV that comes with an input lag and response time of less than 20ms.
Ergonomics and Dimensions
Speaking of ergonomics — If you plan to wall mount the TV, you can make use of the VESA mount provided with this TV, which by the way has an interface size of 200 x 300 mm. The unit doesn't come with either Swivel, Tilt or Pivot support.
The TV measures 43 inches vertically and 37.91 inches horizontally. Speaking of thickness, it is just 2.91 inches thick.
It weighs around 6.8 Kgs and an additional 0.7 kgs if you include stand. So plan your space accordingly.
Hardware and Audio
The TV is powered by 4-Core (2x ARM Cortex-A73 + 2x ARM Cortex-A52) CPU while its graphics engine is handled by a (ARM Mali-G51) GPU.. However, we could'nt find any info about the RAM on this TV.
The UI on this TV is powered by VIDAA U5.0 Operating System.
For display connectivity, there are three HDMI 2.0 (CEC) ports and one AV Composite In 3.5 mm jack port on this TV.
To connect USB devices, you will have two USB 2.0 ports. Other connectivity ports include — 1x Satellite In (F-type female), 1x Antenna (RF) (female), 1x CI+ 1.4 and 1x Ethernet RJ45 (100 Mbps).
Wireless connectivity options on this TV include a 5Ghz Wi-Fi, 2.5 Ghz Wi-Fi, Wifi-Direct and Bluetooth 5.0.
Coming to audio, Hisense has provided 2 x 7W built-in speakers on the 43A6H.
In terms of power consumption, it consumes 49.73 Watts on average and 0.5 Watts on standby.
It supports a power outlet of 100 V - 120 V/50 Hz - 60 Hz.
